1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the See Inside 360 website ("Site") or engaging our 360° virtual tour photography and production services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
2. Description of Services
See Inside 360 provides professional 360° virtual tour photography, processing, and publishing services. Our Services include but are not limited to:
- On-location 360° photography and capture using professional-grade equipment
- Post-production processing, image stitching, and color correction
- Interactive virtual tour assembly and hosting
- Publication to Google Maps, Google Street View, and Google Business Profile
- Embedding and integration support for client websites
- Custom virtual tour projects with additional features as agreed upon
Specific deliverables, timelines, and features for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement provided to the client prior to the start of work.
3. Booking & Scheduling
All shoots are scheduled by mutual agreement between See Inside 360 and the client. By confirming a booking, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the location, size, and type of space to be photographed
- Ensure the space is accessible, clean, and prepared for photography at the scheduled time
- Provide any necessary access permissions, keys, or security clearances
- Be present or designate a representative to be on-site during the shoot, if requested
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred scheduling dates. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot time.
4. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is provided on a per-project basis through a written quote or proposal. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking and reserve a shoot date
- The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed virtual tour
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed upon in advance
- All prices are quoted in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge on the outstanding balance
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices may be adjusted for projects that exceed the original scope or require additional visits.
5. Intellectual Property & Licensing
Ownership
All photographs, virtual tours, and related creative assets produced by See Inside 360 remain the intellectual property of See Inside 360 unless a full copyright transfer is explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Client License
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the delivered virtual tour and associated images for their business purposes, including:
- Displaying on their website, social media, and marketing materials
- Embedding on third-party platforms (e.g., real estate listing sites, travel platforms)
- Sharing via email, presentations, and digital advertising
See Inside 360 Portfolio Rights
See Inside 360 retains the right to use completed tours and images in our portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, and case studies. If you require confidentiality, please notify us before the start of the project and we will accommodate your request in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Ensure they have legal authority to grant access to the property or space being photographed
- Obtain any necessary permissions from property owners, tenants, or third parties
- Remove or secure any items they do not wish to appear in the virtual tour prior to the shoot
- Inform See Inside 360 of any hazards, restrictions, or special conditions at the location
- Provide timely feedback during the review and revision process
7. Delivery & Revisions
Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.
Each project includes one round of minor revisions at no extra cost. Minor revisions include adjustments to tour navigation, hotspot placement, and minor image corrections. Significant changes such as reshooting additional areas or adding new features may incur additional charges.
The client has 14 days from delivery to request revisions. After this period, the project is considered accepted and complete.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 48 hours before the shoot: Full refund of any deposit paid, or rescheduling at no additional cost.
- Less than 48 hours before the shoot: The deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied toward a rescheduled shoot within 60 days.
- No-show or same-day cancellation: The full deposit is forfeited. A new booking will require a new deposit.
- Cancellation by See Inside 360: If we must cancel due to equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient date or provide a full refund.
Weather-related cancellations for outdoor shoots will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, See Inside 360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.
Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.
See Inside 360 is not responsible for changes to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Maps, Google Street View) that may affect the display, availability, or functionality of published virtual tours.
10. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless See Inside 360, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- The client's breach of these Terms
- The client's use of the delivered virtual tour or images
- Any claim that the client lacked authorization to grant access to the photographed property
- Any third-party claims related to the content or display of the virtual tour
11. Website Use
By using our Site, you agree to:
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
- Not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without written permission
- Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
All content on our Site, including text, images, graphics, and virtual tours, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing project by providing written notice. In the event of termination:
- The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination
- Any unused deposit will be refunded minus the cost of work already performed
- See Inside 360 will deliver any completed materials up to the termination date
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Site for any user who violates these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which See Inside 360 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration or litigation in the appropriate courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
